Thank you for shopping with DogeVape. Please carefully read our refund policy:

1.Refund Request Within 24 Hours:You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

2.Refund Request After 24 Hours:Orders placed after 24 hours cannot receive a full refund. At this point, the package is usually prepared and dispatched to customs, so a full refund is not possible.

3.Partial Refund for Late Requests:For refund requests made after 24 hours, we can only offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. This is due to the need to recall the package from customs, which incurs related costs.

4.No Refund After Shipment:Once the package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, no refund can be requested.

5.Insurance and Customs Issues:All packages within EU countries are insured. If the package is detained by customs and not released, we will reship or issue a full refund. However, please note that insurance is only applicable to EU countries.

6.Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:If the package is not delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
